Recent Infrequent Postings

June 7, 2010

I know that I have been posting infrequently over the last few weeks but this is mainly related to major changes that have been taking place behind the scenes in my life. This morning I figured it was okay to share the good news with the blogosphere. I have accepted a position as Assistant Professor of Biblical Studies at Mount Olive College in North Carolina. I will be leaving St. Mary’s Seminary and University where I have been a regular adjunct professor for the last five years for a full-time, tenure-track position. I am thrilled about the appointment and the upcoming move, but this means that my blog will be taking a backseat for a bit. I will be posting regularly again very soon. For the time being, I am caught up in packing tape, moving vans, and searching for activities for my three children in eastern NC.

Thanks, Mark. I went to undergraduate school in NC and I’ve missed it all these years. I’m really happy to be back in the area.
